<div>Eighteen years ago, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. While that diagnosis changed many aspects of my life, it never changed who I am or what I believe is possible.

<div>I firmly believe that you are more than your diagnosis.

<div>Since being diagnosed with MS, I have chosen to focus not on what I can't do, but on what I can do. Through adaptive athletics and a commitment to pushing my limits, I've discovered strength I never knew I had. Every finish line crossed, every trail completed, and every challenge accepted has reinforced one simple truth: our diagnoses do not define us.

<div>Now, I'm preparing for one of the most ambitious adventures of my life—<strong>climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa with another adaptive athlete that does not let her diagnosis define her.</strong>

<div>This climb represents much more than reaching a summit at 19,341 feet. It represents resilience. It represents possibility. It represents everyone who has ever been told their condition, disability, or circumstances should limit their dreams.

<div>As an adaptive athlete living with MS for nearly 18 years, I want to show others that challenges can coexist with achievement, and that life can still be filled with adventure, purpose, and joy.

<div>I won't be making this journey alone. My husband has been my biggest supporter through every challenge and every victory. He has stood beside me through doctor's appointments, training sessions, setbacks, and accomplishments. He is the person who encourages me when things get hard and celebrates every milestone along the way.

<div>Every adventure I've pursued has been a team effort, and Kilimanjaro will be no different. His presence and support are an essential part of helping me safely pursue goals like this one.
