Black Community - FREE Mental Health Services

RESET MH is a registered UK charity (1194051) providing FREE services to individuals of African-Caribbean heritage, through the provision of group and individual therapy sessions. Which are delivered by qualified/registered black therapists.

We want to make sure that members of the black community have access to the correct support and have set up tailored online service that provides group support on topics such as anxiety, loneliness,  loss & grief and also separate groups for black women and men.

The funds will allow us to continue running our FREE online group and one-to-one therapy sessions. Our aim is to not only ensure members of these communities receive the correct support but that the barriers such as waiting times and costs are removed.
