HELP ANDI FIND HER FOREVER LOVING NEW HOME!

Since November of 2019 my husband and I have been trying our best to find help for this dog. She has constantly been chained up to a fence with no food, shelter, or human interaction, and almost drowned during Imelda, but, my husband to the rescue. We are unable to foster, otherwise it would be our decision without question. So, we reach out to as many shelters, rescue groups, animal control, even HPD, media, etc, but nothing. Thank you to the NEXTDOOR app, I was able to connect with neighbors that helped me get her out of the horrible situation she was in. She has been fully vetted, spayed, and in need of foster care. Please help this sweet girl find her forever home ! ♥️
