Rescue girl Cinder needs TPLO SURGERY

Rescue girl Cinder is once again looking for a foster or forever home...
Her adoptive owners did not care properly for her (allowing her to get heartworms, not vaccinating her etc). It was also discovered at a heartworm treatment check up that Cinder was limping and favoring a back leg... So she was given an anti-inflammatory. When I took Cinder back from the adopter this weekend I took her straight to the vet for a bath and to have her leg looked at. When I picked her up I was informed Cinder is and has been in pain and she needs to have TPLO surgery SOON. The vet said within 2-4 weeks. The surgery costs $2800.00 (I made the fundraiser $3000 bc of Gofundme fees). WE MUST RAISE THIS...
I cannot adopt her to someone needing a major surgery and I CANNOT allow her to live in pain.

Cinder wasn't taken care of very well for the last 5 years so I promised her the rest of her years she will be spoiled and loved so very much!!!
