Rescue dog safe haven

We will often receive a phone call on the day when dogs are due to be put to sleep that they need to 'go'. If they are not assessed and collected they are euthanased either via lethal injection or a bullet. It is difficult to source a carer immediately for a dog, let alone nearby as many councils we assist are rural. It is imperative that now more than ever we have somewhere secure we can temporarily (1-2 weeks max) hold these dogs until we can get them to a foster carer or to the veterinary clinic. It is not often we ask for assistance as we are self-funded. But we NEED your help financially to make a holding pen possible. Your support will be the difference between life and death for these rural pound dogs. We have been quoted $3000 for a secure pen and then have concreting costs on top of this to make it hygienic and easy clean. This will cost around $1,500.
