Help rescue dog Jindol get his new legs

Everyone is shocked when they first meet my rescue dog Jindol.
He’s a sweet, happy, cuddly dog… but with only 2 paws!
Jindol was found abandoned on the streets of South Korea with his back paws cut off, starving and in a terrible condition. He was taken to a wonderful rescue shelter in Seoul where he was nursed back to health but nobody thought he’d ever find a loving home with such a severe disability.
I discovered Jindol’s story on the shelter website and instantly fell in love with him. I couldn’t bear the idea of him living out his life in pain, in a shelter and unloved! It took 7 long months to complete the adoption and quarantine process but now he’s living here with me in London and feeling the warmth of a loving family home for the first time. He’s blossomed into an adorable, affectionate dog with an incredible zest for life. I suffer from Epilepsy and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and struggle with the ups and downs of life with seizures and chronic pain. Jindol’s courage and companionship is a daily comfort and inspiration to me as he never lets his pain get him down!
Now I'm fundraising to get Jindol back up on all 4 paws with a new pair of bionic feet with some incredible veterinary expertise. We've got a big target to hit for his treatment but this is to cover a lot of work from the specialist veterinary practice to literally get Jindol back on his feet!
His treatment will involve scans to prepare him for surgery; creating 3D printed bionic feet designed specifically to fit his skeleton; surgery with a world-leading orthopedic veterinary surgeon and three weeks of intensive aftercare to help him recover and adapt from his surgery and ensure he remains free from infection.
We've looked into other options to help Jindol to walk more comfortably such as strap-on prosthetics. Unfortunately, Jindol also suffers from kidney disease, causing swelling and chaffing to his fragile skin, a frequent problem for him that would only get worse with the pressure and rubbing of prosthetic limbs. It's a constant job keeping the skin on Jindol's leg stumps healthy and free from infection. His new bionic feet will be anchored to the bones in his legs, taking away his pain and allowing his skin to heal and be bandage free for the first time in years.
After such a sad start in life, he's earned a little kindness.

Despite Jindol’s wagging tail, he still has a very difficult life. His leg stumps have to be bandaged every day, and he can only manage short walks while he watches his doggy pals run and play in the park without him.
Jindol still has a long journey ahead of him and would greatly appreciate your donations to help him get the treatment he needs to walk without pain and for everyone to share his story.
I've been so touched by all the kind messages and support I've received for Jindol online and whilst we've been out and about in London. It's heartwarming to know what an animal-loving nation we are and I hope that Jindol can inspire others to see that every life matters, every dog deserves a chance and perhaps encourage some more adoptions of those 'overlooked' rescue animals out there!

A rare treat for Jindol, playing on the beach- he was so excited! We can't do this too often with him because it puts a lot of strain on his legs and back to make longer trips out and risks infection in his broken skin if his legs get wet.
