Rescue Bonnie from White Supremacist Upbringing

Hey guys, I'm Jeremy Ramirez. I'm a proud father of my 5-year-old daughter, Bonnie. I have been going through a legal battle with my former spouse for over 3 years. I was trying to spare my daughter from being indoctrinated, as her mother is a proud white supremacist and has been pushing this ideology on our daughter since she was 2 years old, and she is Hispanic.

I had full custody of our daughter due to a domestic violence restraining order and a trial which found that my former spouse was not credible. She had lied and manipulated the courts to try and also get a restraining order, which did not prevail. After the course of the past 18 months, we tried to reconcile, and I thought that she had recovered and healed from her traumas and what she believed about the world and how she viewed minorities and people who were not white.

I have been on the defending side over the last year as she made false accusations and got a temporary restraining order to leverage the court for custody of our daughter. Over the last year, I was not able to keep my attorney due to the length of all the legal processes over the last 3 years and was not able to make it to trial in January. I signed a settlement agreement with Bonnie's mother.

She has been telling Bonnie that she is not Mexican and refers to brown people as Sh**skins.

This person has been teaching my daughter to be afraid of Black men telling her that they beat their women and children, that Jewish people hurt children, and Muslims, telling our daughter that these people hurt children and not to look at them or talk to them.. Also, that she is not really Mexican and she is planning to move our daughter to a white ethnocentric part of the country (Kentucky, Arkansas) where other races are not allowed. She is teaching our daughter that Hitler was a good man who was virtuous and trying to save his people and that everybody else just has it wrong. All this to say that causing my daughter extreme stress/ anxiety and distress. If this was coming from any other person it would be very straightforward not to have those people around my daughter but because it is coming from her mom it has become more complicated to resolve.

I am seeing the error of my ways in thinking that I could settle arbitration with this person because I didn't think that I had another choice, but I am in desperate need of funding to pay my family law attorney to help get my daughter out of this situation and out of the custody of her mom who is openly teaching white supremacist ideology to our 5-year-old with the help of her boyfriend who receives his funding from his full-time job as a white supremacist podcaster on X.

I am not confident that with our lengthy court history that I would be able to do this through the self-help workshop of the family law facilitator, but with a skilled family law attorney that I have had over the last three years. This needs to be handled through family court. With your help in funding, my daughter will be saved from being moved across the country and raised to be hateful towards anyone who is not white.
