Rescue Animals Mugged!

On February 29th 2020 Countryside Rescue in conjunction with another local animal rescue held our annual and biggest fundraiser of the year - Bow Wow Bingo. Funds raised are used as operational money for our rescues to support animals in Sonoma County who are abused, neglected, abandoned and in danger of being euthanized before they even have a chance to live. These funds cover veterinarian visits, medications, food, toys, housing and more.
Our event had over $20,000 in ticket sales, however over 6 months
later the ticketing company we used, (Brown Paper Tickets) has failed to give us the ticket sales revenue.
After multiple inquires and “the check is in the mail” statements, it is clear they are unable to pay so we are hoping we can replace these funds through this Go Fund Me.
Losing this money is overwhelming to our small struggling rescue. COVID-19 is curbing our hopes of being able to hold our 2021 annual fundraiser as planned as many of the businesses who support us are experiencing hardships themselves.
The businesses in our community are plagued by blackouts, unprecedented fires and the pandemic.
During these times we need a HERO, someone that believes that even little rescues like ours MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated by all of our rescued animals.
