<div>Hola, soy Gonzalo Cortes, apneista peruano, con 11 record nacionales, 4 de ellos aun vigentes en profundidad. Representando al país he logrado sumergirme llegando a los 80 metros de profundidad a pulmón, así es, aguantando la respiración sin la ayuda de ningún equipo o aparato.

<div>Practico este deporte profesionalmente por mas de cuatro anos, donde he representado al país en mas de 12 competencias internacionales. Y me encuentro escribiendo esto debido a que me estoy preparando para representar al Perú en <a href="https://www.cmas.org/freediving-events/8th-cmas-freediving-depth-world-championship.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Campeonato Mundial de Profundidad</strong></a> de este año (Kalamata, Grecia – Oct 2024) y<strong> para ello necesito de tu ayuda</strong>.

<div>Mi carrera como apneista no se limita al entrenamiento y competencia, si no que de hecho me dedico a tiempo completo a la enseñanza de este deporte, llegando a convertirme en único instructor peruano nivel 3 y el también único con grado de “Instructor Trainer” (Instructor de Instructores).

<div>Y aunque la vida austera que llevo me hace muy feliz, no es suficiente para sustentar económicamente los costos que se requieren para participar de un mundial.

<div>Los costos para lograr participar en esta competencia son muy elevados, llegando a necesitar <strong>al</strong> <strong>menos USD 12,000 </strong>para lograr hacerlo. Esto debido no solo a los costos de participación como tal, si no al costo de no trabajar durante el periodo de entrenamiento y competencia, mientras los gastos de alojamiento, entrenamiento, alimentación, coaching, suplementos, movilidad, etc. Si deseas ver el detalle de los costos, podrás verlo al final de esta redacción.
