Replenish funds from fleeing emergency in Mexico

My Mom and her boyfriend left on Saturday December 28, 2019 to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a 14 day vacation.
On their 2nd night there, when he got her back to their hotel room, he beat, strangled and suffocated my Mom, telling her he was “doing her in” and “putting her down” with her attempting to scream for help for 2hours, until she was finally able to escape the room and find hotel staff to help her.
He took all of her important belongings (passport, money, credit and bank cards, and phone) and was forced by the Mexican Police to return her belongings, but her phone was never found.
In order for my Mom to get a new phone, she had to buy out her contract, then needs to purchase new locks, and security cameras for the house, that the (now) ex-boyfriend has access to, plus her emergency flight home that cost $1,120.
For those who aren’t aware, my Mom has a rare neurological disease that causes her to have limited fine motor skills in her hands, declining strength in her arms, nerve pain and spasms. She is on disability because of these ailments, therefor has a limited monthly income.
We are all so grateful she is home safe and alive! Please help my Mom get back on her feet after this horrific incident. Thank you!❤️
