Replacing Stolen Audio Equipment

Hi everyone. On November 22, 2019 my car was broken into and all of my audio equipment was stolen out of my car. This is equipment I’ve collected over 4 years since moving to Los Angeles. I work as a sound guy on productions from digital to feature films and cannot work without it.

This is honestly devastating to me because this is equipment I purchased to better my career instead of going on vacation, visit my family or do anything fun. It was equipment that benefited every production I was on and added value to the final product.

I do have insurance that will cover up to $2500 in lost equipment, but unfortunately I had way more that was stolen (around $10k) so I need your help to cover the difference.

I set the goal to $4000 but any little thing helps. It costs around $600 for 1 wireless microphone kit and I need  at least 4. It costs $350 for 1 lavalier microphone and I need at least 4. A mixer bag costs $250. Cables and accessories range from $20-$50 so truly anything helps. If all you can buy me is a “hide-a-mic” bra clip I would still be eternally grateful.
