Replacing Robin's Stolen Tools
I'd like to tell you about an amazing man, who needs your help.
Robin is my partner ... and he's my best friend. Beyond that, he's a generous-hearted, compassionate friend to EVERYone in his life. He's one of the hardest-working men I know. One of his passions is to build/remodel and create both beauty and functionality in each of his client's homes. His work is excellent ... and even artistic. He's the guy who fixes the messes left behind by other contractors ... he's the guy with high standards, for both himself, and his clients ... he's the guy who goes above and beyond what's required ... he's the guy who forms connective relationships with clients, and wants (& works!) to see them happy. He's the guy who wants to give contractors/remodelers a good name, by showing up, and delivering, integrity.
A horrible thing has just happened to Robin ... his trailer, filled with over $15,000.00 worth of tools and equipment, was stolen from a job site, where it had been secured. Being between having let go of his own business, and not yet under contract with a new employer, nothing was insured. Just horrendous timing. This is shocking, and beyond-devastating, both professionally and personally. I'm sure you can put yourself in his shoes, and feel the gravity of this loss. NO one deserves to have this happen to them!
This is his livlihood. And he doesn't have the means to replace what was stolen. He has no options.
He's given so much to so many ... I'm counting on the goodness of human hearts ... I'm counting on the power of empathy, compassion, and the yearning to assist another when they are in need -- to make a difference in theh life of a fellow-human. I'm counting on many of you, being compassionately moved to give out of what you can spare, in order to help a man who needs to receive, after years of giving so much to others.
Can you help? Even the smallest bit could add up to making a huge difference for him.
