Replacing a good friends 3.5 D&D Books

I am doing this to raise funds to replace a friends 3l.5 Dungeons and Dragons books. A thief broke into his truck tonight and he lost his entire collection of them. He has been such a charitable person with his time and willingness to bo both a teacher and DM for many many players over the last 20-30 years of DMing constantly several games a week with thousands of players over those years and the many many players that he has in his several weekly games that he runs. .

Please consider donating anything that you can afford if anything. Or donating books personally to him to replace the ones he lost to such a petty person. I normally wouldn't consider something like this but he has actually considered quitting all RPG's because of this theft. He has lost miniatures too from the theft. 

Normally I wouldn't consider something like this for myself, but this is a good friend and in need.  I would really hate to see him quit over something that he couldn't control.
