Hi,

I had a moment of stupidity and had my arm trapped behind the bowl of our main spiral mixer.

I am fine, I was luckily treated by the brilliant ambulance crews and Suffolk fire & rescue service, they did a tremendous job of freeing my arm without further complications. But as a result our bakery’s main mixer is now out of action, and beyond repair.
