Replace Armed-Robbed Camera

Mika got robbed with a gun during a photoshoot in Oakland. He and the model are okay, the thieves just demanded his camera and ran away. The camera is not covered by insurance, so he will have to pay for the replacement. A few friends offered to help and suggested to ask other friends and family for help, which is so thoughtful. The camera, lens and flash stolen cost $2,500.
We wanted this to be a surprise for him, but I had to post this on his Facebook page so his friends could see it, so obviously he knows about this but it was the only way I could do it. He has donated thousands of dollars worth of free work to new models, bands and dancers. He's always willing to work with people on a budget they can afford. I hope some good karma can come his way. If you can afford it, any amount is greatly appreciated. If you cannot, don't worry about it. Feel free to pass this message along and thanks to everyone for all your concern.
