Replace Amelia's Totaled Car

On November 17, I was in a 4 car crash on my way up to visit my parents. Because the driver that caused the crash fled the scene and California has a certain law on the books protecting insurance companies, I can't collect anything to help pay off and replace my totaled car.

Another car involved luckily had a dash cam, and with this I was cleared of being at fault. However, even though I have insurance, I didn't have the RIGHT insurance, and I'm still left footing the bill for my car.
