Reparations Legal Fund and Support

Hello All,

First we would like to thank everyone for your continued support. Real Brothers has been giving our community positive and enlightening programs and community service that has so far, not had any funding what-so-ever. Unfortunately, in order to continue with the endeavors we have planned we will need the help of our community.

We want to retain a Civil Rights Litigation Attorney and we are currently not in the position to be able to afford the legal retainers and fees, as well as legal fees to start our 501c3 for opening our first community center. We are not applying for reparations for just Real Brothers, but for all Black people in the US. We have precedent. Our example of reparations would follow the exact same model that the Native Americans used to get theirs. Their suite was based on stolen land, as ours will be based on human trafficking and forced slave labor. We can start negotiations with the items below.

 

1) Financial compensation that covers the entire 400+ years that our ancestors were kidnapped/human trafficked, (statute of limitations?), taken away from our communities and culture for free slave labor.

400 year x 10 Billion for each year = 4 Trillion

 

2) Tax exemption – Our people have literally paid our dues in blood, sweat and tears to build this country and built generational wealth for our captors.

 

3) Sovereignty – We were promised 40 acres and a mule, but we just got (the mule -figuratively) to work the land of our oppressors. We need our own land and infrastructure to build cities in our sovereign land.

 

4) Education - We have been denied proper education and training in our impoverished communities. We need state of the art schools in these communities like the schools in the suburban areas.

 

Everyone who had a legitimate grievance with our government has received reparations except African Americans (see below).
