Hey there! Online they call me SeiferA, but my friends call me Seif. Or you can just call me by my real name, which is Chris.
Currently, I'm looking for some assistance in getting my classic 1968 Volkswagen Beetle (nicknamed Rose) fixed back up. To summarize, she needs a new engine and new transmission. With costs, as well as parts and labor, along with the amount of money we currently have on hand right now, we need about $2000 more to have enough cash to fix her up. We may be able to save up a bit more, but with the current pay from both of our jobs along with medical and utility bills, it's making things difficult for us to savethe cash we need.
Not only does this vehicle have a lot of sedimental value to me (First car in 2001, sold in 2007, bought back in 2015 for an extremely short summary), Rose is my only mode of transportation outside the off chance I can use my girlfriend's car when she isn't working. And while I'm fairly use to using the bus, we live in a lifestyle where a car is nearly mandatory, especially as me and my girlfriend have our own separate jobs with separate hours. Plus, with my bug not being on the road for close to a year, it's killing me personally to get her back on the road. And with a new engine, that would mean nearly starting with a new vehicle all over again, so less worries for a good while.
I know there's many other bigger priorities out there in the world, especially with what's going on. But if anyone can help, I would be greatly appreciative from the absolute bottom of my heart. Thank you.
