Re-Paint Yosefe School!

REPAINT YOSEFE SCHOOL!
Yosefe School is a primary school in rural Mfuwe, Eastern Province, Zambia. The 13 classrooms at the school were painted when the classroom blocks were built -- some of them in the 1980s! Needless to say, the beige and white walls are in need of fresh coats, and the Yosefe students and teachers are calling for bold, bright colours to reinvigorate the learning environment!
The Kapani School Project (KSP) is a local Zambian non-profit, established in Mfuwe in 2006 and is attached to the oldest safari operator in Zambia, Norman Carr Safaris. The KSP raises funds for student sponsorship and other activities and infrastructure at Yosefe School. The Project is now launching a fundraising campaign to raise $3000 USD to repaint the whole school! In addition to fundraising via the non-profit, Yosefe teachers and students are also raising their share of the costs by selling hand-crafted goods, homemade biscuits, and volunteering in the community. The campaign will run from 17 July - 17 August 2015 and we will all come together to paint the school from the 24th - 28th of August 2015.
A donation of $25 USD will fund 1x 5L of paint; a donation of $150 will fund the re-paint of one classroom! Please support our efforts to illuminate and enliven the atmosphere at Yosefe!
