Reny Cali Medical Fund

As many of you know, my father Reny Cali was recently hospitalized in late January. After falling short of breath at dinner celebrating his 48th year anniversary of his first date with his wife, Cynthia Cali, he was rushed to the Emergency Room in Roseville, CA. Doctors notified him that his kidneys had failed and fluid had traveled into his lungs and heart causing the breathing complications. During an overnight observation, Reny suffered a heart attack. Thank goodness he was already at the hospital and received immediate attention. After a few weeks of more hospital care and dialysis, he was finally cleared for a quadruple by pass surgery.

Now after being in the hospital for almost a month, Reny is home recovering and re learning the basic motor skills of walking, hand, eye coordination, speech, and building up his overall strength again. Don’t worry he still has his sense of humor and wittiness ;).

During this time, a lot of you have asked on how you can help. The family has asked me to set up a “go fund me” account for those that would like to support in his recovery.

He will require dialysis treatment 3 times a week to get his kidneys in order along with multiple doctor visits to check on his progression. He is looking forward to seeing you all again to thank you all personally for keeping him in your thoughts.
