Rental Assistance for me and my daughters

I have been attending CedarCreek Church for the last two years. I am a single mom to my two daughters Alijah and Harper. My husband was incarcerated for the last 3 years. When he came home he was not the same person that I once knew. A tragedy happened on December 6th. My husband ultimately tried to kill me and in return when the cops came he tried to shoot them and they fired which led him in critical care and then he died later the next day. I work full time, am a full time student and raising my girls on my own. I struggle but do what I need to do to provide for my babies. I was informed of my income verification for my apartment not being submitted on time or correctly and I now owe for the last 4 months and then currently from here on out. I am struggling to come up with the amount and if not I have 30 days or me and my daughters will loose our apartment. I am reaching out to get caught up. On top of everything me and my daughter who lost her father are going through, I am trying to put my pride to the side and ask for help. I have my church family behind me and just want to make this ok for me and my babies. Thank you and god bless!
