Rent & basic needs fund for single mom & her kids

This fundraiser is for Jamillah. She would like to maintain a certain level of privacy for herself and her kids so only the most pertinent information will be shared here.

In her own words she says she is a “struggling mother fighting illness. Because of corona [and] everything the world is putting out it is so hard for me to not only fight depression but deal with my lupus and take care of my three daughters.” Additionally she says, “Im just unable to provide the basics for myself which is causing depression which is causing me to not be an affective mom.” 

She has had complications getting unemployment as she is on SSI and has been unable to work due to her lupus. On top of that, the SSI amount she receives doesn’t even cover her rent. 

The money earned from this fundraiser will go directly to Jamillah for things such as clothes for her kids, groceries, bills, etc.
