Rent/bills affected by hospital visits

I am raising money to get help in paying my rent, I was recently in and out of the hospital due to complications between my diabetes and failing health. With these hospital visits I ended up missing many work days. I tried to do what I could to make up the missing time but was unsuccessful. I am now dealing with a negative bank balance, rent over due and other bills creeping up.

I have been trying to come back from a poor situation. First the lost of my mother in Jan of 2017, then a poor housing situation and poor choices. I trust easily and that has been a down fall of mine. I am living alone, and facing being a type 2 diabetic. I have a call center job and trying to do my best to make it a consistent and reliable income, but my weakling health lately was unexpected.
