Renovate - Sell - Get out of Debt!!

Hi.  We are Tim & Kristi - one hardworking Kiwi and one even harder working Aussie.

We are renovating our house ourselves in order to sell it. Unfortunately have become a bit stuck in funding the work. So we are looking for help - which we are more than happy to consider as LOANS.

Business has not been great - ok but not great, which means I have had to be at work more just to pay the bills. Which, in turn means that I can't spend enough time at the house renovating it.

December is a busy month for me but January and February will give me plenty of time to work on the house but at this stage it looks like I will be about 20k short on cash (out of a total budget of 50k) - which means being stuck with the house even longer.

I will upload receipts to show what the raised funds are used for. I am happy to repay money upon the sale of the property (expected to be mid 2019) if you send me your details.

Your help to get us get out of a hole will be so much appreciated.
