Renn's Medical Fund

About six years ago my nephew Renn (age 15 at the time) was diagnoised With Type 1 Diabetes and then six months later diagnoised with an autoimmune disease called CIDP (chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy).  He spent a lot of time at Primary Childrens Hospital trying to figure out the best treatment for him.  He had IVIG treatments, he took chemo and steriods pills and those seemed to help for the time.  Back in Novemeber of 2017 (age 21)  his symptoms started getting worse.  The numbness in his feet have now gone above his knees, into his hands and arms and is making its way up into his abdomen and chest.   He is slowly losing his ability to walk, he can't go upstairs or downstairs with out assistance,  and he can no longer hold or grip anything in his hands.  (He can no longer work due to the issues he has right now.)  He also  can't use a walker or wheelchair because he has no strength or the ability to grab onto them to move them.   In January 2018, his mom took him to Idaho for Stem Cell Therapy where the he was detoxed, treated with stem cells and gave a new diet plan to help in his recovery.  He hasn't seen any improvement since then and the fees for that were very expensive and insurance companies don't pay for procedures like that.  Renn currently doesn't have any insurance and needs to be seen by a neurologist as soon as possible but can't get into one for six months.  (One reason why his mom took him to have Stem Cell Therapy) April's last hope is to take him to the ER so he can be seen sooner then the six month waiting period but she doesn't have the funds to cover it.  Once he gets in he will need to have a bunch of tests including a spinal tap and more IVIG treatments which are $5000 each. I would like raise as much money as possible before February 3, 2018 so he can be seen by a neurologist and start treatment.   Anything will help and I know my sister April and nephew Renn will appreciate any donations.  April has a heart of gold and will go above and beyond to help anyone, especially for her kids, they are her life.  She has raised them on her own with very little assistance from others so please, please lets help her and her son get the treatment he needs and deserves.
