Renee Michelle Payne

Hello, my name is Kayla and I'm fundraising in support of Renee's funeral expenses.

She passed away at her home in Pearl MS on Friday, December 29, 2023.

As a Type 1 Diabetic, her blood glucose levels fluctuated frequently, and she bravely battled with her diabetes every day.

Unfortunately, Renee's glucose levels got too high on that Friday and she passed away suddenly and unexpectedly from diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA.)

Renee was my Lead at Banana Republic, and well on her way to becoming a manager.

Renee was very passionate about her career. She loved helping others and created strong bonds with just about everyone she met.

She was bubbly, creative, and loved making people laugh.

She was also very hardworking, dependable, and I am so proud of the progress she was making.

Renee was also my friend. She loved her cats, she loved kids, music, coloring, art, car detailing and tattoos. She loved laughing and being silly.

Her uplifting presence is sorely missed in all of our lives.
