Remy coming home

Remmington story:
For anyone who doesn't know my water broke before 20 weeks. I didnt have remy til 28 weeks and since there was little to no fluid his lungs didnt develope great. Remy will be coming home in a month with a trach,gtube, and a shunt. He has been in the hospital since he was born july 12th . When he gets home he will need alot of care and alot of special stuff..  if anyone could help me with some of the funds itd be so helpful and Please share...
