please help with the removal of my hardware

my name is Lauren Kersey in 2016 I had a spinal fusion because I got the mersa infection in my back and iterated my lumbar in three levels of my spine I have three cages two rods and 62 pins in my back for the past 3 years I've been in and out of the hospital with infections my last visit to St Mary's hospital left me devastated when no doctor would even bother looking at me due to having no insurance it's a hard procedure I will need a plastic surgeon as well as a spinal surgeon my hardware is protruding through my back now it has made a hole where the hardware is popping out and is going to make another hole on the top as you can see in the picture where it is sticking out I just don't know what to do and where to turn I'm 31 years old I have two young children that miss their mommy dearly I am unable to care for them because of my situation I'm in and out of the hospitals I'm just ready to get my life back and with your help I may be able to do so my back did not fuse properly so I walk with a hunch which makes it very hard for me to do normal daily activities I suffer I was just discharged from another hospital in June I do not have medical insurance so I keep getting pushed out the door the donation that I am asking for is what I need to have my surgery done I will be transferred to Miami medical center anything helps thank you for reading my story God bless you all
