Remi's eyes operation

Remigiusz has been suffering from acute eye inflammation for 12 years. Complete recovery is not possible for him at this point of time. His seven eye surgeries and pharmacological treatment have prevented complete loss of his vision, however leading to distrophy of his optic nerves and degradation of the maculas. Remi's right eye is almost entirely damaged and his left eye is struggling to work. He sees the world as dimmed shadows, or as if you were to look through a glass full of coffee.
For the last two years, Remi has cherished a new hope to see the world afresh even if this does not mean an entire recovery for him. New stem cell treatment offers this hope to him. His treatment has been provisionally arranged for him already, including the approval of Polish Bioethics Commission and completing a Team of Specialists from the "KLARA" Clinic in Czestochowa, Poland. The treatment can start immediately. The remaining obstacle is to fund it because, although such treatment is experimental, it has to be covered by the patient's own funds.
The total cost of treatment includes hospitalisation, a full set of medical checks before and after stem cell transplants, and the stem cell application itself, intravenous, in the cerebrospinal fluid, and twice periorbitally. It amounts to approximately £22,000
