Remembering Zacharia Warsame

"Inna illahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un” - Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return. Zacharia died suddenly in a fatal car crash on Jan 11th, 2021. Zacharia was 14 years old. He leaves behind 6 brothers and sisters, whom were raised by their mother, Fartun. Zacharia was her youngest son.
Zacharia had an outstanding personality that could put a smile on any person he encountered's face. His humor, generosity, kindness, and compassion will be missed by the community.
Zacharia played basketball at the masjid during break time, or helped out at the local halal grocery by packing bags in the car for his mother. No matter the circumstances, Zacharia never dented the smile he consistently had on his face that instantly rubbed off positively towards others.
Many of us are frustrated and devastated with
the news. Continue to have Zacharia in your dua, and May Allah give them an easy and pleasant journey and shower blessings on their grave.

As a family friend I organized this crowd fund to ensure the Warsame family is able to lay Zacharia to rest peacefully. I will be withdrawing the money personally and delivering it to the Warsame family directly.
