Rusty was a bold, loving, and unforgettable woman who touched the lives of everyone around her. A devoted mother to Scott Schreiber, Thomas Schreiber, Lindsey Franco, and Sarah Franco, and a proud grandmother, she leaves behind a legacy of strength, honesty, and love.
