Whether he knew you for years or just met you that day, you were sure to receive a signature toothless grin and a whole lot of love. His passing is a loss that will be felt far and wide because to Phil, his friends were also family - and he made sure we never forgot that.

Let's ensure that the emotional toll of his sudden passing does not also become a financial burden for his loved ones.
