If you knew Michael, you know that not only was he a gifted and soulful musician, he was also a kind, considerate and inclusive young man. He was the first to reach out, and made sure no one was left behind. He was the shoulder to lean on and encouraged everyone to pursue their dreams. Scholarship at Manhasset High School. We offer two scholarships each year to those students who embody Michael’s gentle and caring spirit and who, like Michael, are an integral and dedicated member of the music department.
