Remembering Mamitá: A Mother, Friend, and Angel

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the devastating loss of my mother, Catalina. She was not only my mom but also my best friend and my guide. She was my everything & with her sudden passing there has been a void left in our lives that can never truly be filled.

Words will never be able to express my pain and sorrow that I will carry. I can only find comfort in the fact that her last day was spent with her son, her mi hijo. I was there when she took her last breath and I held her in my arms as she went to heaven.

Now, as I navigate this heartbreaking time, I am faced with unexpected expenses related to her passing, including funeral arrangements, memorial services, and other costs that have quickly added up. As much as I wish I could shoulder this burden on my own, I am reaching out for help.
