Remembering David C. Webb

Donation protected
In loving memory of David C. Webb, (not to be confused with Jason Bourne, our David is and always will be much, much cooler) who left us to be with God on Wednesday November 4th, 2020 at his home in Cave Creek, Arizona.

We can only imagine that he’s up in heaven right now catching up on all the stories with Tom, his dad - we’re not exactly sure how either one of them can get a word in edgewise but it’s making us smile thinking about it. His mom Bernice, more famously known as Grandma Webb is sitting back, smiling taking it all in. The happiest camper however, has to be his pug, Cooper who’s right on his lap.

To know Dave was to love Dave, he lit up every room he walked into and his typical answer when asked how he was…”just short of wonderful” and he sure did embody that.

He is survived by his wife Heather, who was, in case you are one of the few he never had a chance to tell, the absolute love of his life. He also leaves behind his four children and six grandchildren.

Jacqueline Keil, her husband Kevin and their two boys, Terrin and Evan whose love for motorcycles was passed down to them ten fold by their grandpa.

Michael Webb, who most of you probably know as Bucko, his wife Jessica and their two children, Rachel, who held a very special place in Dave’s heart as a rare Webb girl and Conrad, who made him beam as he carried on the family name from David’s grandpa and recently started hanging around the shop learning all things water towers.

Amy Stultz, her husband Dana, and their son Maxwell, the very special first Webb grandchild. Everytime Dave heard Amy’s voice, his face lit up, even if his imitations of her were far from anything but laughable.

Stephanie Hiner, her husband Nathan and their new baby Odin James. If there is one great thing Steph molded into her dad’s life, it was the love of pugs which without a doubt, changed his heart and life for the better.

He’s also survived by three fur children, Cosmo, Apollo and Corbin.

In typical Dave fashion, he leaves a legacy larger than life itself with his water tower business which he started in 1973. He very proudly boasted to anyone who would listen (and even those who didn’t), about it for the next 47 years. His larger than life personality, his sense of humor and his knowledge of the industry left him known as the Godfather of water towers and people came from miles and miles in order to gain a little bit of that knowledge. And his network is bigger than any of us will ever know or be able to comprehend because of that. Dave laid his head on his pillow every night honored to be able to provide towns and cities all over the country with water, something they will have for hundreds of years.

He is so loved and he will be so deeply missed however we are certainly all better because of his impact here on earth and are so incredibly blessed to have him watching over us with God, in heaven.

We are going to celebrate the heck out of his life on Friday November 20th, at 10:00am. The memorial service will be held at Ecclesia Church in Cave Creek, AZ which for those of you who don’t know is held at the Buffalo Chip, which could not be more Dave.
