<div>Celcei was deeply loved by the people in her life, and she was known for her loving and caring nature, especially for children and babies. Celcei graduated from Rock Hill High School in 2015 and was heavily involved with their sports teams. She had a love for art, baking, and the beach. Celcei was a talented leader and held leadership positions with various employers over the years.
