On Novemeber 15, 2016 Anthony Relvas was rushed to Children's Hospital in Vancouver with a mass in his tummy.
At this point it is too early to have a clear diagnosis, but, what is known is he will be at Children's Hospital for a while with mostly likely chemo and surgery in the next couple weeks. They are waiting on the results of a biopsy of the mass, which wont come back until sometime next weelk. How long he is there will be entirely determined by how his little body reacts to treatment.
We really wanted to reach out and help this family who give so much to their community. As you may know, Adam and Lindsay are both self-employed and just opened a restaurant last month. Anything you can help to get them through right now will alleviate some of that financial stress allowing them to focus on Anthony.
They also will be faced with the cost of communting back and forth because they have a 6 year old daughter who needs to remain in Kelowna to go to school.
