Relief for the ladies of Stoney Knob Cafe

Needless to say, Asheville is definitely a town that thrives off of service industry positions, nearly 20 percent of this town works in a service/ entertainment position.  With the recent panic and scare from the corona virus, all of us ladies are now out of a job involuntarily. 

Many if us are single moms,  many of us are working to help pay for school, and most of us were already struggling due to the slow winter season, which we were expecting that slow season to all be over, starting right now, just like it usually is, but unfortunately, we have now been hit with this obstacle on top of everything else. 

We work very hard and a lot is expected from us. We go to work serving the public, listening to and sharing stories with our regulars and out of town tourists with a smile on our face always providing them with an exceptional experience no matter what is happening outside of work, and we are happy to do so, because we appreciate making other's day and they appreciate us as well. 

We are not asking for a free handout, we wouldnt be asking for anything at all if we had another option, since we understand how valued and how far hard work goes, but right now most of us dont have that option and we still need to eat and pay our bills, so I figured why not give this a try.....

Thanks in advance, and we cant wait to see all your smiling and hungry faces dining with us once we are able to rise above this horrible period of time as a community, stronger than ever.
