Relief from Massive Fires in Rohingya Camps
Donation protected
I visited Muslim and Hindu families in the Rohingya camps in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh in 2019. Since then, we have raised money for food, clothing, educational supplies and health care needs. This weekend, massive fires broke out in the camps, where more than a million people reside on the side of a mountain. It is precarious and difficult to reach many families. I’m asking for donations to support families left with nothing in areas with very few resources - and after six years - none to spare. I have spent time with teams on the ground who I trust and can provide direct immediate relief. I keep coming back to the camps because I know the families and children I met are still there - and are not given the chance to work and take care of one another and their families. They need our help.
