Hello, I'm Grammie to beautiful sweet baby Willow! Willow is 4 months old and has been hospitalized weekly every since the beginning of April. It started off with several respiratory viruses, but now they have passed, and she's still having respiratory distress. This is her 6th time being hospitalized, and she was transferred to another Children's Hospital hours away Sunday night (5.18.25), she was hospitalized the previous 5 times near her home. They are working with specialists here to hopefully finally get an answer. My daughter, Ellen and her husband Kyle also have Willows older sister, Wrenley, who is 3. Family housing for patients is full and lodging and food are not covered, putting the burden on my daughters family. I'm here helping as much as possible, so Mom & Dad can rest and take care of both babies, however, expenses due to travel, medical bills, and dad's work emergency leave, finances are going up quickly. Food, doordash, groceries, gas cards, hotel accommodations are also happily accepted Every little bit helps and they're so grateful for everyone who helps and also has checked on them and Willow :)
