Hey friends! I know all of you miss Julie Bennett-Wong's smile, contagious laugh, and super positive attitude as much as I do! Many of you know that Julie had a knee replacement surgery 2 years ago that went bad and has left her in excruciating pain that can not be relieved. The condition is called CRPS (www.ninds.nih.gov/Disorders/Patient-Caregiver-Education/Fact-Sheets/Complex-Regional-Pain-Syndrome-Fact-Sheet)
It is time for us to rally around Julie as she undergoes an experimental treatment that will make her pain free or at the very least help her manage her pain. This treatment is NOT covered by insurance. The total cost will be out of pocket for her family. That's where we come in! Let's come together and help Julie as she has helped so many of us in the past.
I set the goal at $8,000 because that is the cost of the first round of treatments that start Monday February 19th and ends Friday February 23rd.
ALL MONEY RAISED WILL GO DIRECTLY FROM GO FUND ME TO JULIE'S BANK ACCOUNT TO COVER THE MEDICAL EXPENSES.
