Relief for Brandt and Chantel

Donation protected
Hello--I am Teresa and I am Brandt's sister.  On March 22, 2020, Brandt and Chantel delivered a stillborn baby girl, named Aria. Chantel was 24 weeks long.  Two weeks post recovery, and due to COVID-19, Chantel lost her job. They announced this fall that they were expecting again, a little boy.

Chantel was then diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder called Antiphospholipid syndrome , which has to do with blood clots. Last week, on Wednesday November 18, at 24.6 weeks along, Chantel was hospitalized due to this syndrome, and the decreased blood flow.  She remains hospitalized, and the due date has been moved up. First it was 32 weeks, and now they will be lucky to get to 28 weeks. This little guy will be in the NICU for a long time.

Brandt is a Type 1 Diabetic and that alone is a costly disease.

With their health insurance (both work full time) they will still be responsible for at least $5000-10,000 max out of pocket. This is a lot of money, and we just want to find some small portion of relief for them.

**Please note that Type 1, is not related to lifestyle. There are 2 types of diabetes:  type 1 and type 2.  Type 1 is where your pancreas no longer produces insulin, and is not curable or reversible.
