Please help Maya and ARAR!!

Meet Maya! We were contact by Warren Animal Control to help this beautiful girl. She was found by a Warren Police Officer on 8 Mile. When we picked her up she was covered in asphalt. She weighed in at a very low weight of only 32 pounds when she should be ranging from 50-60 pounds. Maya was also infested with fleas. Despite the neglect she has endured, it is obvious Maya was someone's pet at one time. She was full of tail wags and kisses! Maya spent the entire car ride to our vet, rolling around in our volunteers laps! Maya could not be more thankful to have been rescued and we could not be any more happy that she is safe. ARAR's funding is critically low right now. Within the past few days we have taken on 5 adult dogs and 1 puppy. We desperately need donations to help support the rescue and to move forward saving lives. Please donate and if you are not able to donate, please share!!
