Regina was diagnosed with Stage 4, Subcutaneous Metastatic Melanoma skin cancer on Friday, March 2nd 2018.  This type of Melanoma, which is under the skin and has spread, is the deadliest form of skin cancer. At this stage there is no cure only treatment options.  The family is facing mounting medical expenses from Regina’s diagnosis and treatments. Her medical expenses date back to November 2017 when she was hospitalized with diverticulitis.  Regina has been referred for treatment with Dr. John Kirkwood in Pittsburgh, PA, where she can get the best possible care. Chris will be taking FMLA from his work with no pay, and Gina’s income will drop to 66% of her normal pay while she is on short term disability. The monthly co-pay for the cost of the latest cancer medications is extremely high. This campaign is being initiated in hopes of helping to ease the family’s financial burdens, so that they can focus all of their attention on Regina’s recovery.  Thank you for your support and continued prayers.
