Refugio Cuco Merino Family Expenses

Hello All,
I am reaching out to raise some money to help our freind Cuco (Refugio) Merino and his family. Cuco is such a generous person and I know we all want to share this same level of generosity to give him a hand.
In the interest of privacy I don't feel the need to go into any detail in this format but our friend needs some help while he recovers, and recover he will!
The funds will go to support general living expenses for Cuco and his family once he leaves the hopital, I expect there will be ongoing medical expenses too which I hope we can cover.
I'd like to raise the goal by the end of October. Please spread the word.

I will be soley responsbile for working with Cuco to decide how to best use the funds we raise.
Per the request from Go Fund Me, I'm providing addition information:
1. Who are you: James Neu
2. Where you're from: Brooklyn, NY
3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for: Cuco is a good friend and has worked with me in the past.
4. How the funds will be used (be specific as possible): Living expenses while Cuco is unable to work. Possibly medical and/or medine expenses.
5. If you intend to withdraw the money, how you plan to send the funds to the parties you're raising money for or use the money on their behalf: I will provide Cuco with a check or cash in increments once he is out of the hospital (as of 10/16 he's still there). I will consult with Cuco's brother Adolfo as well. Once the money is disbursed I will provide an update on this page.
