<div>In Switzerland, we take great pride in our excellence in sport, education, and innovation, but even more so in our deeply held values of fairness, structure, and solidarity.

<div>At the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy (IRGA), based in the Olympic Capital, Lausanne, we live these values every day. We train girls aged 3 to 20, from beginners to elite athletes, with precision, discipline, and heart.

<div>But today, we are asking for your support, not for ourselves, but for gifted young girls whose dreams are at risk of being denied by circumstances they did not choose.

<div>Among our most promising applicants are girls with refugee or protected status backgrounds residing in Switzerland, children who have endured displacement, trauma, and hardship. Despite their discipline and determination, many are excluded from high-level training due to financial barriers.

<div>This is not a question of talent, it's a question of access.

<div>If we do not act, these girls will be denied the stability, confidence, and social belonging that sport provides. Exclusion undermines integration and denies Switzerland the chance to invest in promising young talent.
