In the city of Redlands, CA, there are 200 adults and over 450 young people who are homeless.
REFRESH& RENEW is a non-profit organization
(501c3) with one purpose. To provide the homeless community with a basic life need…to be clean.
The goal of REFRESH & RENEW is to purchase a mobile unit with three individual showers that will be available at various locations in Redlands for the homeless to take a weekly shower. Providing a shower is the first step in helping individuals transition off the streets into opportunities such as jobs, housing and schooling.
The cost to purchase a three shower unit and truck with all supplies will be $72,000.
