Reforestation for Change

We are a small group of Middle Schoolers raising money to help reduce deforestation. All of the money we raise will be donated to the Arborday Foundation, which is an organization that focuses on reforestation. We decided to create this group because trees are very important to the environment, the water cycle, and many animals. We plan to raise money by doing a bike-a-thon, and we also have volunteered at the Tucson Village Farm to help care for the environment and plants. We are working on raising awareness for deforestation in hope of having more people understand the negative causes of deforestation. We hope that some people are inspired by this campaign and try to take action themselves by raising awareness and money to help contribute to stopping this global crisis.
