Red Meat Analysis and Review

Red Meat is a controversial subject right now, with calls from politicians in CA to reduce or cease meat production.

This troubles me, because the data does not support the call for red meat reduction.

In response I am compiling data to write a review of red meat. Show it is nutritionally dense, healthy, debunk myths associated with consumption, address concerns of sustainability and discuss ethics of red meat production. This is all in effort to educate the masses about red meat, which is very misunderstood. This misinformation is also affecting political decisions.

My ambition with this review extends to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who is seeking to reduce red meat production in CA via the Green New Deal. There are also calls for removal of meat in school lunch programs being proposed via AB-479:

This is a mistake and I want well intentioned politicians to acknowledge the data and steer off a likely mal-nourishment epidemic if such bills pass.

My current day job delays my writing process and good research and writing takes a lot of time.

I need help.

Here's a link to my Patreon, if you want samples of my writing. I use peer review data, and write plainly so the average person can understand more complex subjects:

If I receive enough funds to pay my monthly bills, I can focus full time on writing.
