Red Knot Culinary

I have been cooking my entire life (minus four years in the Air Force) and I am trying to make my lifelong dream into a reality. I am starting Red Knot Culinary, LLC and my vision is to bring delicious, locally sourced food to people everywhere. I am starting out by hosting pop ups at different venues and would eventually like to own my own brick and mortar. I know that the world looks very different right now and trying to navigate this treacherous terrain will be hard, but I am going to give it all that I have.
